Did you know Gateway Gardens is the “biggest project ever undertaken in the 50-year history of Greensboro Beautiful?” It is, according to their website!

The website also says Gateway Gardens in Greensboro will eventually include 11 acres. The horticultural retreat combines nature, movement, history, discovery and community.

Explore the fun and interactive children’s garden, along with the Heritage Garden, the Rain Garden, the Gateway Plaza & Icon and the Great Lawn.

You can enjoy the great outdoors at Gateway Gardens in Greensboro by making your way to 2800 E. Gate City Blvd. Located on one of the city’s main entryways, Gateway Gardens is near Business Interstate 40 and exit 124 off Interstate 85.

When you are making your plans to visit the gardens from Beechwood Apartment Homes, be sure to factor in about a 15-minute drive, depending on traffic.


Good news! Beechwood residents can also step outside and let the kids play on our playground, run around our green spaces, have a picnic or cool off with a swim.
