About Hidden Gate Brewing
Hidden Gate Brewing in Greensboro is a new brewery and taproom founded on the love of good beer. It’s a place where the latest craft brewing science and technology meets the highest quality ingredients.
The end result is Hidden Gate’s hidden gems, also known as good craft beer. So far, 11 of the 29 taps consist of their own brews, including lagers and ales. In addition, there are four “complimentary guest taps.”
The taproom will continue to roll out new brews until all the taps are full. Besides cold beer, Hidden Gate Brewing also serves a variety of wines, seltzers and non-alcoholic beers.
But, for now, beer lovers do have a nice selection to sip inside or outside on the patio.
What’s on tap?
For starters, there were Hidden Gate’s first three offerings, which included “Cape Fair Lager,” “The Gate IPA” and “Steel Toe Stout.” The Steel Toe Stout, for example, is described as “a dry Irish stout, nitro push” that is “brewed with roasted barley and hopped with Goldings” for a smooth stout.
There are also specialty lagers such as “Crushing It.” It’s an American premium lager “brewed with Tennessee 2-row and Munich malt from Carolina Malt House and flaked maize…hopped gently with Hallertau Mittelfrüh.”
With new tap additions being announced regularly, find Hidden Gate Brewing on Facebook and Instagram so you don’t miss a sip!
